My Story

Hi! My name is Kerri and I am the Founder/Recruiting Consultant for Grace and Faye Consulting LLC. I have 15+ years of business experience, and I am a results-oriented, prompt & organized communicator.

Before I founded Grace and Faye, I had several years of Recruiting Agency experience as well as Real Estate & Marketing expertise. I have a B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Marketing. In Recruiting, I get to know my clients needs thoroughly. I essentially become an extension of their HR/Talent team, as needed. Then, I find the needle in the haystack candidate. I work with a select number of clients & searches so I can provide exceptional white-glove service to all of my clients.
