My Story
Hi! I’m Kerri — the Founder of Grace & Faye Consulting.
Recruiting is personal to me. With over 15 years of business experience, I’ve learned that people deserve to feel seen, heard, supported, and truly cared for throughout the hiring journey. I pride myself on being a responsive, empathetic, and organized full-desk recruiter who leads with heart and delivers with excellence.
My daughters, Addilyn Grace and Payton Faye, are the heart and soul behind my work (and the inspiration for my agency name!). They remind me daily to show up with kindness, compassion, and integrity — and to make a positive impact on every person I work with, whether a client or candidate.
Before starting Grace & Faye Consulting, I spent years in agency recruiting and also gained first hand experience working in real estate and marketing. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing, which allows me to understand both the people side and the business side of hiring.
At Grace & Faye, relationships come first. I take the time to truly get to know each client — their culture, their values, and what “the right fit” genuinely looks like. I view myself as an extension of a company's hiring team. I intentionally partner with a limited number of clients at a time so I can provide a high-touch, white-glove experience with the care, communication, and attention my clients deserve.
